onestoplcd offers two different options on how to place an order so it can be more convenient for our customers.

1)Call us Toll Free at 800-546-9888  and speak to our knowledgable sales staff, who are available to answer any and all questions regarding our products.
2)You can place an order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

 
Q. What methods of payment can be used when placing an order with onestoplcd.com
A. 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and government credit cards Paypal.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number This is the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

** Please note, if you are shipping to an address that is different from the billing address. Please contact the 800 # listed on the back of your credit card, to call the issuing bank and have them add the shipping address as an alternate address. In most cases this should not take longer than 2-5 minutes.**
 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. onestoplcd.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. onestoplcd.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We accept wire transfers as payment for most products.

Checks/Money Orders
    We accept personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks and money orders for most products. Simply place an online order, and then mail your check or money order with a printed copy of your order confirmation page.
 
    For personal and company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear, and will notify you by e-mail and/ or phone in event that this may occur.

 
Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?
A. No Sales tax is applied to any order that is shipped outside New York State
 
Q. What happens if I received the wrong product?
A. OneStopLCD  makes every effort to ship out the correct items. Occassionaly we do make mistakes.
In the event you do receive the wrong item please notify us by email
info@OneStopLCD.com and we will respond within 24hrs.

It is very important that when you receive the wrong item you notify us immediatly. This will enable us to issue
1) ship you out your correct item and
2)Issue a "call tag" or a "third party pick" in order to receive the goods back.
