These terms and conditions may be changed by OneStopLCD.com, in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. HIP - HANDLING, INSURANCE, & PROCESSING must be added to every order.  We here at OneStopLCD.com ship via FedEx which does not insure televisions of these sizes so we must insure these items via an outsourced agency.  These fees are added upon order confirmation because every state has different rates and percentages.

Making Purchases
If you wish to license or make purchases of products or services described on the OneStopLCD.com site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to OneStopLCD.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be priced incorrectly.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OneStopLCD.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, OneStopLCD.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced products, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OneStopLCD.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OneStopLCD.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. OneStopLCD.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in accordance with our order limitation policy.

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. Please allow 12-48 hours for order processing for address verification.

Price Protection / Post Sale Price Changes
OneStopLCD.com product pricing is competitive, often changing daily. OneStopLCD.com does not offer price protection on any purchases. After placing your order, if the product drops below your original purchase price no credits or further incentives are offered in exchange for the price difference.

International Orders

International Orders outside the United States are not accepted at this time.

Credit Card Procedures & Policies
OneStopLCD.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. We employ extensive fraud prevention measures to protect the unauthorized usage of your credit card. As part of this we require the details of the billing address listed with your credit card. If you are shipping to an alternate address we require the address be listed as an "alternate shipping address" or "noted" on your credit card account. If the shipping address is not or you are unsure if your shipping address is listed with your credit card account: Please call the 800 number listed on the back of your credit card and request this addition, this is a standard procedure at most fine credit card institutions and they will be familiar with this procedure.

Upon the receipt of your order and as the first stage in order processing a pre-authorization is obtained against your credit card, in preparation for verification & shipment. During this time you MAY not see the Authorization present with your credit card institution online or by statement, you will need to contact the 800 number located on the back of your credit card to verify such an authorization, or contact us directly. Upon verification & shipment of your order the pre-authorization previously obtained is used to capture & debit the funds from your credit card account. Only after shipment of your order will your credit card be billed and the funds debited from your account. Additionally, when checking order status online your order will not reflect as being paid until your order is shipped & tracking numbers received and posted.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with OneStopLCD.com Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks – OneStopLCD.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks only by mail, and only in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt and approval of a personal and company check at our offices. For money orders or cashier's checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. OneStopLCD.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy
OneStopLCD.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. OneStopLCD.com's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing OneStopLCD.com. OneStopLCD.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the OneStopLCD.com site, nor does OneStopLCD.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.

Due to the varying weight and dimensions of our models, some items may require additional shipping and/or handling charges.  If applicable shipping and/or handling charges apply you will be contacted after order receipt, or simply call our sales department at 866-435-4388 x0, to ensure the shipping price indicated on OneStopLCD.com includes special weight and/or dimensional requirements prior to purchase. Often oversized items will be shipped via third party white-glove delivery service, if so indicated for your order; you will be notified prior to shipment.

Sales Taxes
OneStopLCD.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to OneStopLCD.com before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Cancellations                                                                                                                   

We do not accept email or fax cancellations. Orders can only be canceled only prior to shipment via telephone a 7% cancellation fee will be charged. If your order has been shipped or approved and you wish to cancel you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping charge plus an additional return shipping charge will also be accessed.
